We hope that you love the goods you receive from us.  However, in the unlikely event you are not entirely happy, you can cancel an order or return any item subject to our Returns Policy below.  Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached. There are some items that cannot be returned and these are detailed at paragraph 7.4 of our terms & conditions.

With our lingerie and swimwear, please make sure you try them on over your own underwear, as for hygiene reasons we will not be able to accept a return where it is obvious this hasn't been done.

Please also be careful when trying on that you are not wearing any make up, fake tan, fragrance or deodorant or similar that may leave a scent or mark, as again, this may mean we cannot accept the return as it can result in the goods becoming unsaleable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days which can vary from bank to bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

It may be when returning your item you would like to exchange this for a different size, colour or style.  If so, then please request a refund for the item you are returning as explained above and then re-order your replacement item online as normal via our online store. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should complete the returns form which you can print off above and return this with your item to: Classic Intimates, 299 Marine Road Central, Morecambe, LA4 5BY

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Your returned goods are also your responsibility until we receive them at our return address, so please make sure they are packed up properly to avoid damage on the way to us.

We recommend that you always obtain proof of posting when returning your goods to us. If you are shipping an expensive item, you should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
